Difficult. There is no CAPE-OPEN defined heat of combustion constant or property.
What you can do is obtain the chemical formula, parse it, deduce what the combustion products are and map the heats of formation for the combustion products in your unit. If you can obtain the heat of formation for your compounds, you can then get to the heat of combustion for each of the pure compounds via this route. Then correct for the state that the mixture is in and the enthalpy of mixing by using enthalpy calculations.
I am not convinced this will necessarily give you accurate numbers - but this will surely give you ballpark numbers.
