What to do to become a registered user

I am faced with many illegitimate requests for accounts and I have difficulty finding the time necessary to filter all requests appropriately. Consequently I have decided to close registration as of now. Visitors wishing to become registered users of the forum, in order to create posts, are required to send an email to technologyofficer at colan.org, stating their interest in CAPE-OPEN. A username and a login will be created for them.
